Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we're here to help. Please contact us immediately through the Contact page and include:

A description of the issue.
A clear photo of the item.

We will work with you to arrange an exchange for the item or provide a suitable replacement if the exact product is unavailable.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns for any sealed items, including booster packs, booster boxes, or other sealed products. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of the items we provide to all collectors.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
