  • What types of products do you sell?
    We specialize in sealed Pokémon products, including booster packs, booster boxes, and more. Check back often, as we’re always expanding our inventory!
  • How often do you restock?
    Restocks depend on product availability and demand. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Discord, or sign up to our Newsletter to stay updated on new arrivals and restocks!
  • Do you sell single cards?
    Not at the moment, but we may offer singles in the future! Keep an eye out for updates on our product offerings.
  • Are you buying personal collections?
    We’re not currently buying collections, but this may change down the line. Stay tuned for announcements!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Can I cancel my order, and how do I do it?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply contact us through the Contact page or email us at support@pokesweetstcg.com. Please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Can I return or exchange my purchase?
    We do not accept returns or refunds for sealed products to ensure quality and authenticity for all customers. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us for an exchange.
  • How do I report a defective or damaged item?
    If your item arrives defective or damaged, visit our Contact page and provide a description of the issue along with a photo. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement.
